When Associated General Contractors recognized Frank Lepori with their highest award, he was a little reluctant. “At Lepori, we are a team. I couldn’t do any of this without my people.”

AGC recognized Frank in 2019 with a SIR award, saluting his Skill, Integrity and Responsibility. Skill is foundational for Frank and the Lepori team. A second generation Nevadan, he learned cabinet making as a teen from his father, a master craftsman. Even with running Lepori’s day-to-day operations, Frank still enjoys working with his tools, and he surrounds himself with people who are dedicated to their craft. Some of the best carpenters, laborers, painters, cabinet makers, operators and mechanics in the region work for Frank Lepori Construction.

Integrity is the backbone of the Lepori team. Frank strives to give owners the best possible project for their budget. The company has a reputation built on results with dozens of repeat clients to prove that Frank delivers what he promises, and owners trust the Lepori team. In an industry where the details don’t always go as planned, Frank and his leaders meet all challenges head on and works for resolutions that are fair to all concerned.
