The Renown CAM B Office T.I. for Suite 302 @ 1500 E. 2nd Street was completed September 11, 2020. 

FLC performed demolition of the existing Suite #302 to construct a new space for Renown CAM B Medical Pulmonary Specialties. This scope consisted of new registration area, multiple MA Stations, exam rooms, break room and PFT Rooms. During the course of construction, Renown and their design team provided us with some plan revisions to furnish and install new exhaust fans necessary for their (3) PFT Rooms. FLC and Mt. Rose had ran into some issues with the existing VAVs within the space. MT. Rose had to perform an investigation and work with the landlord vendor in order to solve these issues. FLC/Mt. Rose were able to get all these issues resolved and complete this project in time for Renown to open.
