The Lepori team constructed a 1,875 sf office/residence building and seven storage buildings of various sizes amounting to roughly 107,00 sf. On the same site the Lepori team constructed a 4,995 sf car wash building with a equipment room, two drive thru automatic wash bays and five self wash bays.

494 storage units were constructed and each one was designed with great detail to ensure consistency and efficiency for when they are rented out to clients. A unique add on was the construction of an apartment on site which is located above the office.

The Lepori team worked closely with the owner and a new metal building subcontractor to deliver a matching look and updated feel to the other Emigrant Storages and Car Washes we have worked on in the past.
