The Lepori team constructed this new 13,263 square foot retail shell building and associated site improvements at the Damonte Ranch Town Center located in south Reno for our recurring client, the Lewis Corporation. The shell was built from the ground up between the existing Office Depot and Safeway buildings.

This wood-framed and masonry multi-tenant shell building was constructed as one structure, allowing flexibility for the owner to have up to ten tenants.
