ToGo's Tenant Improvement

The Lepori team transformed a 1,300 square foot retail space into a new Togo’s sandwich shop.  The tenant improvements included all new flooring through the space, extensive tile work on the walls to match the Togo’s color pallet and a custom front countertop completed by our inhouse cabinet shop. 

Our goal was to meet the expectations of the Togo’s national chain standards and coordinate with the Owner’s vendors to ensure the Owner supplied equipment was installed properly and ready for their grand opening.
