The Lepori team collaborated with Chef Gino Scala to create a full-service kitchen and dining tenant improvement on an aggressive 12-week schedule. This was Lepori’s second project with Gino.

Highlights:

  • More than 1,900 square feet in a state-of-the-art kitchen

  • Seating for 100 in the dining room

  • 1,050-square-foot protected patio with seating for 100 in a park-like setting

  • Easy, adjacent parking on the roundabout

  • Display casework for gourmet take-home items, including soup

  • Full-service kitchen with walk-in cooler
