Lepori Construction was an ongoing resource for Sticks throughout its seven years of development. They collaborated with three different architectural firms to provide preconstruction services, permitting, site development, shell construction, and tenant improvements. The team met aggressive schedules, worked within tight site constraints, and delivered a wide range of projects.

• First two retail shells and Mari Chuy’s Mexican Kitchen tenant improvement at 764 S. Virginia – delivered in 2013.

• Three retail shells - 716, 748, 752 S. Virginia – delivered in 2014.

• Two Chicks tenant improvement at 752 S. Virginia – delivered in 2014.

• Two retail shells at 724 & 732 S. Virginia and tenant improvements for Fountain of Youth and Hello Yoga in 2015.

• Three Sticks Retail shells – 704, 736/740 and 772 delivered in 2017.

• Basic tenant improvement in 2017.
