On an 18-week schedule, the Lepori Design-Build team did an extreme makeover of an industrial building at 1301 Financial Way in Fernley to create Silver State dispensary. The team stripped an aging metal warehouse building to its 6,000-square-foot frame and re-skinned it. The design-build team created a high-security space for a showroom, offices, and storage. The cabinet shop used the same luxurious and functional cabinetry they’ve used in past projects for Silver State.
